6-10: additional $30.00

11-15: +$40

Must reserve 2 months prior to event

Delivery 4 weeks or less add $50.00

Shipping outside Southern CA: Standard shipping applies
Southern California personal delivery: delivery in San Diego country included. Discuss specific with Shelley
